About This Stay
Himmafushi is a local island in the Maldives, part of the Kaafu Atoll, known for its surfing, particularly the "Jailbreaks" surf break. It's located about 17 km (approximately 10.5 miles) north of Malé and is easily accessible by public ferry or speedboat. The island is relatively small, measuring 900m x 750m (the original land area before land reclamation from its lagoon) and has a population of around 2000 people. Himmafushi offers a mix of local island life, with fishing and boat building industries, and tourist-friendly amenities like a bikini beach, souvenir shops, and guesthouses. NOAH Private Beach House is in the perfect location to reach just in few steps bikini beach too.
