By booking through Travel Assistance by IFF, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment: A nominal confirmation deposit is required for transfers and excursions. Full payment is collected on-site or in advance for bespoke services. Prices are in USD excluding of all Government taxes unless stated. Cancellations: Cancellations made 48+ hours before the service date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Weather: Seaplane transfers and water-based excursions are subject to weather conditions. We will always find an alternative or provide a full refund if no safe option exists within prior timeline state before, last moment of force majeure changes will not be refunded. Liability: Travel Assistance by IFF acts as an intermediary for services provided by third-party operators. We select partners carefully but are not liable for their acts or omissions. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for ensuring their own travel insurance covers all booked activities.
